Probably shorting it now to get a lower conversion rate, remove their short after conversion and hey presto private investors start buying their shares again. Going to go on for some time yet if they convert all their bonds and the price will continue to fall.

Back in April this year imperium ltd apparently held 14.2% of shares. Yet looking at the latest shareholder list doesn’t even show them. Are they still holding or have they sold out, can’t see a recent holding announcement for them.

As you say they don’t care what the share price is, the lower they convert the better chance they have of selling to numbskull private investors who buy thinking the price will go higher but it do sit while they have bonds to convert.

Jez. Was only suggesting that if they want their 10p m cap will have to be around £110 million that’s if no more money is required.

My mistake there will be over 1.1 billion shares in issue by the time Atlas finish converting.

Valuation will depend on how MYSQ perform. So far they haven’t and number of users is irrelevant it’s whether they are able to produce a substantial profit if you want your 10p. Past performance suggests they will never make a profit and just suck in more gullible private investors.

You guys need to get real by the time Atlas all of their bonds there will be over a billion shares in issue. Now if we take your 10p valuation that gives a market cap of £100 million. There are profitable companies on aim that are not even valued at a third of that value and MYSQ are about to announce significant losses in their accounts.

If your going to make price predictions at least give some thought before you post.

I suppose they are a bit like Darwin, want the price to drop get some info from the company on the next announcement convert at lowest price then wait for the private investors to throw their money at it and sell theirs.
