Unfortunately they are nothing more than a amateur mining company and always will be, they have spent hundreds of thousands trying to keep a second hand plant running at low volumes. They sell just enough to pay the wages and there is always some excuse as to why they have not met targets. Too much rain not enough rain plant modifications plant breakdowns it will never end.

So if I’m reading this correct £12 million in the liabilities is down to differed income i.e services yet to be delivered but paid for by the customer/NHS. So whilst it is a liability within that income will be a % of profit for the company.

In other words £12 million of services will not be delivered as a proportion will be profit.

Jeez. They have already had the money hence the fundraise in March

One thing I do agree on in that Justin Waite video is that I believe Wendy should have more shares. After all it is her company and I’m sure that individual private investors have many more shares than she does.

Come on Wendy get some more shares and show us that you actually do believe in Totally after all they seem to be a good buy. Would certainlydiscourage traders from dipping in and out.

Like you said those conversion notes are going to stop it going anywhere and by the time they have been converted they will want more money

They raised $3 million in March they had $2 million left at the end of June doesn't sound like they got much left and possibly looking to use the $1 loan.
