The first step in the NHS Long Term Plan is for neighbouring GP practices to work together in networks covering 30,000-50,000 people. Care in the community will be provided by wider teams of healthcare staff including GPs, pharmacists, district nurses, community geriatricians, and Allied Health Professionals such as physiotherapists. In time, the networks will also build links with local care homes to ensure that residents can consistently access NHS care without added pressure on emergency departments.

Interesting article, doing some research seems all CGC’s have an out of hospital strategy. If TLY can capitalise on this then they may well take further contracts around the Derbyshire and Staffordshire areas in the near future. They have taken on quite a few HR staff in recent weeks.

Just responding to the earlier comment on here about them looking for a new CFO.

Valid acceptances have been received from Qualifying Shareholders in respect of 56,149,414 Open Offer Shares together with applications for a further 47,383,382 Open Offer Shares under the Excess Application Facility.

They were taken up by existing shareholders, however the 3 large investors didn't take up any so probably small private shareholders took them up.

But those shares went to qualifying shareholders. I don't think VSA were holding any shares were they.

Just says qualifying shareholders, no mention of VSA taking the shares. Why do you assume that they have taken them?

VSA were acting as brokers as they did in October 2018.

1gw your also wrong providing they replace existing contracts with the same new contracts will add more revenue each year. They already have £80 million per annum work in the bank. About Health is adding new work at a faster rate than previous years
