We should ask why isn’t the starting point of any procurement decision “is this service rated as good or outstanding”, not who provides it. We should be focusing on equipping commissioners with the skills they need to use procurement to join up the gaps between services.

Tia. I wouldn’t call Newlands institutional investors. More like manipulators of AIM companies. Suppose it’s just one more thing to look out for in future before getting into shares. They obviously have the finance to move share prices up and down to suit their position.

They are in a win win situation, they have control of the share price.
