Yep Gilders! Well, it reflects favourably on everything except 401, as that’s a separate entity. Also possible breast cancer/ovarian cancer and other applications of tyrosine kinase (especially Src) inhibitors :)

Hi Shai, thanks for your kind words and well done on your investment. I’ve honestly just been processing this like everyone else, as my field is a little different from this within biology, although it’s given me the background knowledge to process this here. I’m confident of good results, personally. How good, is the burning question! Doubling the dose and frequency of administration should, in theory, double the effectiveness of the drug. The human body doesn’t always work that way though, which is why I’m so desperate to see the results. The pattern of the results so far is for increasing efficacy with dose escalation, so everything is certainly pointing in the right direction. I’m sorry I couldn’t be any more helpful than this, as I don’t think even the scientists carrying this out could have been sure of the exact results beforehand.

Completely agree with this. I’m firmly expecting gold to drop a bit further before pushing back up. Maybe drop quite a bit, but then will reach new highs. Too many factors pointing to gold getting stronger, with a weaker economy now

Congratulations and well done twisty. I’d never knock anyone for taking a profit. As real money is different to paper profits. Very sensible.

Hope you’re well OB. I’ve missed so many posts today, as it’s been so crazy! The pup has been named (Basil) as I lost that battle, but tempted to rename him Val or call him that as one of his nicknames if we hit £1 this week :)

We went to the little shop on Saturday and my other half came out with some sovereigns. He wanted the krugerrand, so I said that was up to him. Then went to store it in a vault and bought a couple of Britannias there as they had some. It’s so difficult at the moment to find them anywhere. Did you buy more silver?

I never post here, as I don’t have anything valuable to contribute, as my knowledge doesn’t lie in this area. I only look for your posts and a few others, to see what is going on here, as you are clearly extremely knowledgable and analytical. I ignore most posts, then search histories for about five people. Without those, I’d be lost. Not interested in all the peripheral day to day stuff going on, that’s irrelevant. Been doing this for months, so please don’t think your efforts go unnoticed and I for one would dearly miss your posts

So you could say it’s interesting for Val 201, from the point of view that our drug targets not just a small group of sufferers. So thanks for pointing out our competition ;)

Nice attempt at a deramp, but this drug is a targeted therapy only for a very particular subgroup of prostate cancers, where there has been a mutation in the BRCA1/2 or ATM gene.

Sorry, that was my fault, as I started talking about 201 on a 301 thread. I know the lth will know the difference, but could be confusing for new people. Following the theme of the day started by bankfool, any predictions for next week? I’m useless at trading and predicting sp, so whatever I say it would undoubtedly do the opposite! Maybe should harness that and predict for the sp to go down ;)

I agree Valuefinder. It’s why I don’t really look at the small sp movements in the meantime. It’s all about the results :)

I agree with the one syllable name. It will be shortened and my other dog is called Sam. They are house (sofa mainly) dogs, but will work at times, so need a name that can be easily shortened. Bizarrely, Dylan is apparently out, as no welsh names allowed, even though the dog is being taught in Welsh lol!
