You have to question the wisdom of choosing to use no-cost or low-cost brokers which from necessity are going to be service-lite organisations. Yes, with HL or some of the other leading players in the savings industry you might pay £10 or £12 /trade and the associated fees for having an account but you DO get a full suite of services and from my experience with HL a pretty darn good customer service. You pays your money as the saying goes but cheap is not best unless you are a mostly a high volume trader.

IIs are not emotional like so many on here. The money involved, £4.5 million, is so small that it is not consequential. IIs are interested in a return on their money. An immediate guaranteed profit of 30% is almost bound to be sold into. Saying they will only sell 10 or 20% is pure speculation.
