With regard the RNS, the company has come up with a plan to claw back the lost production earlier and should, according to the broker, exceed previous guidance for copper, as Shuvlin says. The share cost of the 200Kt copper ore is £2.1 million plus some cash (how much TBC) which will generate a profit of approx. £9 million .... not a bad deal to my mind. This is surely a positive development? Why do people want to see it as a negative I wonder?

It is still fallible and therefore putting your trust or worse your money into its predictions is asking for it....

It is almost as though this little group of "good friends", so recently arrived, are trying to condition readers of this board to the idea of accepting a low offer for the business. Down in the weeds of the issues that we have experienced lately, it is easy to forget that, as a metals extraction business, most of which are traditional deep mine based ones extracting ever decreasing concentrations of ore, and with many mines having only a 10 or so year's life, JLP already OWNS resources ABOVE GROUND or in open cast workings, containing tens of BILLIONS of dollars worth of metal that right now guarantee an operating life of 30 + years. And this is only the beginning.....
