I would suggest Edszi, that as the company continues to grow, a new CEO will be brought in to lead the growth and Leon will move to a CTO type role where his attention detail will continue to pay dividends. I am quite sure Leon knows his strengths and weaknesses but until it is justifiable to create new roles, in smaller companies people wear multiple hats. You are making a mountain out of a molehill. As a director of a company with 500 employees I am well aware of the challenges and mechanisms of the management of a rapidly expanding company.
