I've been watching SP price vs RNS and none of it made any sense till now. It seems Nordnet AB had ridiculous number of total voting rights issues on RNS 7059R (from 9th March) and to correct this mistake, it sold 0.08% on 24th and bought back 0.05% day later. The number of voting rights went down by half to 58.6 mln from 1,070.6 mln.

The interesting part was in SP behaviour itself. These two transactions took SP down from £0.011 to £0.0105 day later and then back to £0.011 following day. Fascinating how such sell/buy back transaction has created a such swing (circa 4.5%) in the SP itself (at least for the penny stock itself).

AC definitely needs more institutions buying into the business in order to prevent such sensivity. We need those deals to be closed and the company to issue good update showing AC's strategy to strengthen and grow this business is working as planned.

Whilst I understand Docit and Rocklawn frustrations, I am going to continue keep my shares and watch with an interest where this will lead. Africa is getting more and more interesting region with bigger companies withdrawing and smaller ones getting their foot into it.

I think it is good. I had to choose from different brands in Holland and Barrett and OMG - confusing labels, scary content (more of other ingredients than active oil) and price from the moon. Ridiculous.

To me, getting back to lending is the most critical here. If they are back in business, then SP will bounce back quickly to £1 or more (subject to quarterly reports) and any dividends being paid.

That would be great. I think it is a great time for VLS to shine. This year and next should show what they are "made of".

Jzchat, same here. Great product that can almost give a Lego approach to house building on cost close to none. I think the ideas are out there and so are possibilities, but these are not advertised and underfunded because of convince of keeping status quo. Do you believe we would ever talked about zero jet if not for "let's get global warming reversed by stopping CO2"? No wonder it takes businesses like VLC ages to surface with their technology.

With TOYO and RR taking off for good, VLS credibility as a valuable tech provider will naturally grow. If VLS plays this right, they can make lots of money without getting "dirty". I am still baffled as to why they want to be digging through the garbage themselves instead of focusing on research and development, process perfection and production of equipment equipment to process the garbage into valuable products. Unless this is their proof of concept for UK and European markets. And that competition is a perfect place to look for future cooperation and clients.
I've just seen a video on YouTube of a young woman from Africa that invented a process and a small production line to turn the plastic and glass into VERY durable and light bricks. At the moment they are building beautiful and colorful pavements for local communities. VLS should really look into ideas like this to see if the waste after gassing can be converted furthermore into valuable products.

And this is also what's driving this madness with CMCs. No win, no gain but also no costs. Surely they would reconsider their cases in FOS if they would face 650 bill. Maybe FOS needs to review their charging strategy in order to clamp down the backlog of cases pending. Although, they would also loose a lovely stream of cash... They must be making heavy millions on this CMCs business

That is pure robery and broken process. FOS should claim back that money from the claimant or his/her reps (CMCs) if the claim they put forward was unsubstantiated or fraudulent. Why this has to be the company lending money?
Surely this is what court is applying regarding costs of the cases: you win - other side pays costs, you loose - you pay costs.

Excellent and very transparent strategy - for those who don't want to pay we have great news: sorry mate, there are circa 439 others waiting to pay... And once paid by 99% the list of winners (those paying I mean) will be published.

So he bought shares worth circa £35k whilst issuing earlier this week more shares to the market and diluting the value of 1 share. What's the point??? Is that a strategy to move stagnant sales or gain more % in the business? None of this makes sense to me.

Let's say I will mildly celebrate once we pass 1p. It is well overdue.

Brilliant! Now we should see price approaching 15p fast and with more RNSes to come (hopefully soon) this share is hopefully on the move up.

So FCA will not oppose the SOA, but it will not support it either. It will allow people to vote. It may change its mind later, depending on the creditors' sentiment later on. I.e. washed hands in a very convenient way. We know how this ended 2k years ago. Thankfully this time it is money in stake and not afterlife. On the otherhand we know how greediness and manipulation can easily steer masses toward the stiff cliff and leaving them with a laud surprised "Baaaa!" when they fall into the abyss. It's going to be an interesting few months ahead of us LTH and AMIGO.

The article from RNS states - what's in the past, stays in the past. The committee will address irregularities and ensure there are no legal gaps in the future leading to potential abuse of law or discrimination of the customers.

It is great to see this RNS with VVO assurance that none of non-compliance took place in their case.

Let's hope for that. AC has still a long way to before this happens.

Don't worry Outofideas. The covid and lockdown are already new normal - it's now only a matter of how to operate around it. Things are going to stabilise soon with seasonal lockdowns being a part of our lifes
