Until creditors p*** off from this SP, there will be no stability or steady growth. Keeping this SP at this level is brilliant strategy: getting off creditors with a good chunk of profit whilst regaining the control over the business. If that would be my decision, I would also start buying off shares from the marked and consolidating them at one point

Any view on when the outcome of the creditors vote will be announced?

Remind me please when is a deadline on SOA voting?

Holly, SYME is not in its 4th year of operation. Please research the business (including RNSes and Companies House website) before providing inaccurate information and misleading others.

Nofear, the sooner they b*off , the better for SP in a longer term. Looking at today's market, most of shares is being dragged down. Apparently something to do with US.

HBR hedging - What this means to our shares in shorter and longer terms?

At the moment I believe we won't benefit from the shares until creditors / panic sells off stabilises - which I strongly believe can take us down all the way to £0.14. PMO was there already and way below at one point. I am going to hold to my shares anyway until these recover and bloom again (hopefully before end of this year).

ExpatBrat, what other companies listed on stock markets specialise in the waste to produce technologies or already have plants/ technology to utilise waste.

I am very interested in those from the ethical but also financial perspective. I think waste is untapped "gold" and sooner or later will become a very hot topic for all countries. At the moment there is little being done to resolve the issue of mounting waste (except of price increase for waste collection), but this will change soon.

McDonald's is already driving their fleet on the fuel from their cooking oil. Not just green, but economically sound. Turning used oil into fuel is inexpensive and saves hassle with safe disposal.

Do you think the transaction with Tradeflow is a reverse takeover? SYME done that already before.

Well, less shares on the market, the higher the price. The more shares in the HBR pocket, the bigger their control over the group. Everyone wins. Getting rid off creditors and consolidation is the way forward for everyone

Sauerkraut, I believe it will recover and grow stronger, way above 30p. I expect that at one point Harbour will start buying off shares out of market to limit SP violation and gain bigger control over the business. So cheer up

Pearl, I think we still didn't see the bottom of it. Before this go permanently up above 30p we are here for a rocky ride which I believe will see SP going as low as 14p. Shedding of the creditors and issuing first audited accounts with dividends being paid will revert this trend swiftly.

Maybe it will take longer VLS than LanzaJet to get there. But the heaps of waste are going nowhere. Just opposite, since China stopped buying waste. India and African countries are also full up to their ears. Someone soon will have to address this problem in UK or we will sink under our own waste. VLS is not just SAF. It is a solution to the problem that is going soon to explode.
