Almost £1 of dividend per share - circa 4.8% comparing to today's price. Nice result. Slightly better to BHP 4.379%.
Saying that I would prefer 6.176% of RIO, especially that KAP is way bigger supplier of Uranium. Still, very nice result :-)
I wish I could. My II account disabled PMO shares (value £0.00) but not converted into HBR... That's a tragic service from II
It includes postponed and failed sales. So the figures are misleading.
Funding continue to be sorted.
Acquisitions is still planned (btw I am planning my vacation on Mars this year).
The only positive message in this RNS is appointment of CFO.
This sounds very promising, thank you Candid.
As per recent RNS from AZ (before transaction announcement) there should be a trading update by close of business today. 3 hours left...
Shall we make bets if this will happen?
I bet against. I think AZ will drop the ball again.
The name will not change, neither the number of shares owned. Only valuation will change. At the start they will be penny stock according to the valuation. The it will be a market that will decide how much they want to pay (ie how much it is worth to buyers). I doubt it will reach £30 per 100 tomorrow, but it will be a perfect opportunity to get into a potentially massive shares at very good price
Chezplastic, yes, patience and champagne with bacon sarnies will do. You can join me and Kitty to watch this BB whilst waiting for meaningful RNS... Then we can order more champagne & bacon sarnies to either celebrate or go soggy... Lol
I don't know whether to laugh or laugh when I am reading these posts. This is a bargain share with no one invested up to their ears (like heavy millions). If this business works and SP skyrockets then brilliant! Good for SYME, good for us. If it doesn't, well such is life. Don't invest what you can't lose.
Agree with NiceToMichu.
It's good to have a healthy conversation here with both sides being represented. In fairness I am quite new to ZEN in comparison to others (owning shares since Xmas) and my number of shares is not crazy (like I have invested my whole pension fund there). Hence I am not so bitter about some AC moves. I still believe strongly that if AC will pull those deals and continue to expand the business through more good value acquisitions we maybe finally onto something turning from £1 to £10. He found a niche, he has a good strategy, he just needs to prove he can execute it as planned. It won't happen in a week or month. I give him a benefit of that and will wait till September this year. If nothing substantial will happen with this business or share, I will move on. No point for being grumpy ;-) life is too short
Candid, thank you so much for the answer. Would you be able to share on this BB the outcome of the report or link to it when it is finally published?
Anyone any idea why this so is stuck? RIO and BHP continue to push upwards whilst this one is just "loungering" next to the stagnant water pool... Depressing.
Sutty, one more day left and this day is not over yet ;-) Do I care if this will be this week or next? As long as this is substantial RNS with good financial and ops news that reflects the reality and not "dreams" then that's fine with me
Sensetalka, your glass seems to be always half empty. This is very good RNS, showing strong partnership and a clear strategy. If this works and Toyo and RR grow their businesses based on VLS technology, then obviously we have a winner here.
I am fully support of this strategy and believe it will bring good profit in coming years.
Green fuel, recycling and global warming are next hot topic in our society. Money will follow this trend, especially with governments and other big organisations pushing for this (for whatever reason).
Looking at the latest RNS seems we have a very competent CEO in VLS. Toyo, RR and BA as a partners. What's not to like?
