Barclays raises us to 19p

Can anyone advise me plz ...I hold a long spread bet on premier average round about 41p atm... if I continue to hold and the merger proceeds at a later date and just say for example that happens at 25p for simplicity, what happens then? do I then loose the difference I presume? Or does it somehow transfer over? Any replies much appreciated

Reason: Just the fact it secures us from being wrote off altogether ...doesn't mean I like the deal, even tho nobody yet knows the final figure as such yet. I do think we have been tucked up big time but I would sooner have something and have to average down then it all be lost. Maybe it could be a slightly better deal than first thought once all the details are released in full and the dust settles.Not that I have enough shares to influence any vote or anything.

My 2 pence worth ....I agree with Kraken it will be oil that takes this back up I can see Brent going 45.5 soon....people bare in mind yesterday's rise in pmo needs to unwind some before the next leg up ...65 still on the cards imo just need time

Chart looks like a lower return line breakout from a descending wedge to me so should be bullish should be going up soon just need give it time to turn. Looks a good level to buy in IMO not advice etc etc good luck all holders

Sorry it's off topic but noticed a post earlier regarding Chesapeake shale company could someone plz explain how comes it's SP can sore up to 8000? Especially since it's going bankrupt? If it's filed/ filing for chapter 11 shouldn't Chesapeake then be suspended from trading? Surely it will just now get shorted to oblivion?

Looks likely that the Sp is going to test 6.445 today or tomorrow....hopefully it will find support there else could be looking at a new low

Sorry to hear that GoldenBadger we have all been there!!... I do hope however that things pick up for you...I'm happy to always tell someone what I think etc but must admit I feel a bit uneasy in offering any advise as I wouldn't want to cause you any losses or make you regret a decision based on anything I say I am not a professional trader ...I have looked at the chart for you tho and I will be honest in my view only, the chart looks quite weak to me ... If I held HUR at the current Sp I would probably continue to hold as I think it is possible to maybe see a rise possibly to 10/ 12p in maybe the shorter term but I don't know anything about news due for HUR? or fundamentals to do with HUR. That could obviously alter the share price plz take this into consideration. Looking at this particular chart it looks to me like it's basically going to stay around this price for the foreseeable future without any real direction confirmed as yet.

Rsi Not oversold and leveling out
Weekly ..... Mac D turned up slightly but weak

Rsi slight higher high on Rsi but wouldn't class it as really strong enough to say it was a positive
Momentum negative but slowing in fact slight up turn could show price drop is slowing or leveling out

Daily Moving Average 10day cross over is good but can't promise it will hold so slight positive
Momentum is negative -2.62 but this is very close to being positive
Money flow index negative but 48.46 so close to being positive
Rsi slight higher high maybe a positive

Basically if I held Hur at this level 7.815p I'd hold but bare in mind I don't know about company fundamentals debt etc. Maybe not wise? Although I think it will be held at this price range for a long time yet just due to the moving averages so far away ...if you should see a break out and it clears at the close 10.576p ( 50 day moving average daily chart) then it could then possibly go on to test 15p resistance but the whole time GoldenBadger you are reviewing the chart nothing is guaranteed..hope this helps plz don't take as any advise my opinion only ....good luck whatever you do

Sorry if sounds like waffle Goldenbadger/ Kilgeever :) I will keep it simple ...I see it as hitting at least 64p within the next couple of months, could be soon or could be towards the end of July but my opinion only not advise etc etc good luck to you both whatever your invested in ...I also like the charts of AA and Metro atm

Pmo is showing overbought on the 4 hour chart on the indicators that I use...so it could hold or drop back , but it has crossed over the 50 daily moving average on the daily chart so should hopefully trundle up to the 200 daily moving average but will fluctuate between now and reaching there..That's my view hopefully meet it around the 60/70p mark then re evaluate, also there's the gap to still be filled
