Who said the judge had sided with gspc? The whole point was he didn't side with anyone. That's why the money was deposited pending an outcome by arb or whatever. Oilex could get anything between all of it to none of it.

Also with the current market cap they couldn't raise much by issuing new shares and any further dilution would be a disaster for shareholders. Gla.

Yuri. If I'm honest there's a part of me that wants to, if only to give myself a slightly better chance of getting my money back. Then I remember how I did just that in December doubling my holding at 0.285 to make my average 0.57. That now looks like good money after bad. You have to laugh at yourself sometimes. Gla.

One thing that will be interesting in the update will be how much cash has gurgled down the drain in 3 months.

It can't be as straightforward as that. Otherwise the judge would either have awarded Cambay to Oilex or awarded the cash directly to Oilex instead of saying bit must be deposited with the court. If Chesh comes back and says holiday judge you will hear me scream in India. We don't know exactly what's in the contract, there are probably grey areas we know nothing about.
