Well of course Align are only interested in their own gains, that's why they exist. Given that they were so bullish, surely it must be significant that they have now lost faith in Oilex? As for still holding, who knows? Maybe they will hold on like the rest of us, hoping for a miracle or just sell into any rallies.

On April 1st we were told arb was suspended while talks went on. On April 30th they said due to slow progress arb was going ahead. So that was 3 or 4 months wasted. They've told us naff all since.

No I wouldn't waste my time talking to them. Yuri, did that for us and found out nothing. If Align, who always seemed very bullish have now jumped ship that seems very ominous. Indeed, up until a few months ago there were many on here who were constantly quoting Aligns prediction of 1 to 2p as justification for there own multibag scenarios. No doubt some of those will now say Align don't know what they are talking about.

Seems to me Align are now in the same place as most of us holders. Clinging on for the slim chance that a miracle happens.

Agreed Jester. It does seem strange to dilute by 5% just to delay payment by 2 months. Makes you wonder what is going on that we don't know about.

Chesh. I don't think Oilex are about to go bust, but realistically all they've done is delay a repayment by a couple of months. We don't know why but somebody more pessimistic than me (lol) might think that's a bit ominous.

I expect I will be accused of being my usual negative self but today's news doesn't seem particularly positive. It seems Oilex have delayed paying back a loan for just over 2 months by issuing options equal to the value of the loan. The exercise price of $0.00266 is actually slightly below today's asx price of $0.003. Thus assuming the sp doesn't bomb in the next couple of months this would seem like a fantastic deal for the lenders and a further 5% dilution for holders. Gla.

Yuri. No offence taken. I do find you equally stubborn. Ask yourself who has been more right over the last few months which has seen the sp decline from 0.30 to less than half. I am not saying a recovery is impossible, it just seems increasingly unlikely. Atb.

Hi Yuri, I find it odd to be described as set in my ways. For an old git (70) I really don't think I am. For example, I like plenty of modern music, ed sheeran, Florence and the machine etc. It drives me nuts when people my age day nothing is as good as it used to be.
If anything, I would say it is you who can't change your entrenched opinion and admit that this share is unlikely to multibag as you predicted. Atb.
