Hi Callum. Yes I agree that Oilex made a profit which may turn out very good if the Armour sp goes up more. The only point I was making that the huge increase in the value of Armour perhaps implies that it was worth more. Plus of course it was a very good deal for Brad. However, there was no prospect of Oilex developing the asset for a long time as there were a couple of million in fees to be paid before drilling could even start. So, as I said they didn't have much choice. Just a pity they can't get hold of the cash sooner.

Still the deal is done and let's hope the sp trebles again in the next year.

Interesting that Armours share price had more than trebled since the sale was finalised. That's an increase of market cap of about aud 45m or more than 20 million quid. Don't know if there were other factors in play and Oilex may have had little choice but it still makes you think about who this deal was best for. Atb.

Thought you meant that. The cost of two Wells had been stated to be about 5 to 6m usd. So 45% us 2.25 to 2.7m usd. I think it would be impossible to raise that amount by dilution, given that at current sp the company is only worth about 4.3m usd. They might have to sell the other assets and/or part of Cambay. Atb.
