Newbie. Afraid not. What you are referring to are the unpaid cash calls from gspc in the previous jv, which is what the original long running dispute was about. This was settled as part of the sales agreement last year for a much smaller amount around 543,000 usd if memory serves.
I think the escrow account mentioned by Jasper was for any possible income before transfer was completed. Irrelevant now.

Yep Toptuf. The refrac results are the s**t or bust moment. If they are great it could hit multiples of where we are now, if not we are screwed. That in a nutshell is the reason for the apparent disconnect between what it is valued at now and what people believe it could /should be. We are all hoping to hit the jackpot but nothing is certain until we get those results. Gla.

Tbh candi, I would be over the moon (cliche alert) if you were right. However, it hasn't happened after previous placings, so we'll just have to wait and see. The really exciting time will come on the run up to the refrac results. Will it be elation it despair? Gla.

Agreed toptuf. The restart of production may give a boost but the only thing that will get this above say 0.5, for a sustained period is a successful refrac, which hopefully we will get in the next couple of months. Atb.

Can't remember the exact numbers Jrl, but Jasper did some calculations recently. He concluded that the gas would cover about 70% of the monthly cash burn. That is better than it sounds, because many of those costs would occur even without production, so it is still positive cash flow. A big step forward to have cash coming in.

Fission. I have a life thank you very much. No need to be so bloody offensive. I was really hoping for a big rise in Oz overnight. I myself have commented in the past, that it doesn't mean anything, when people have said, " wow, 25% rise in Oz", when it had simply hopped from 0.4 to 0.5 cents on almost no volume. Generally that proved right when the next day it dropped 20% back to 0.4.
I was merely reporting what had happened, which hasn't changed since then, with the price static on 0.5 and a misersble 227,000 shares traded. By comparison, last April when the big news broke it went up around 200 % with 300 million traded.
So when I said it could be another disappointing day, I meant in the context of those who were predicting 0.4 to 0.7 today. I'd be over the moon if that happened, but it now looks unlikely, unless there is further news.
The oz price is equivalent to 0.26p, so it's not impossible we could do a bit better and maybe get close to 0.3. Even if we hold at the current level, that would be good from 0.16 a few weeks ago. If production starts later this week that should give a further boost. The real rerate coukd come by the end of the quarter if we get a successful refrac. Atb.
