Then if there is a big grey trade, it's automatically assumed it is a big buy. The reason it's grey is because it's right on the mid point between bid and ask, and they cant tell. Could just as easily be a sell. All irrelevant anyway, as all buys must ultimately be matched by sells. All that really matters is the direction of travel of the sp. Atb.

Yes the sp did briefly touch the option price of 0.28 yesterday. Why on earth would that mean the options would be exercised? They will wait until the sp will be above that for a sustained period. They have until the end of the year. Atb.

The 0.28 options have a good chance. They are open until the end of the year.

Oilman. It is about 12 weeks until the start of refrac is scheduled. Then they said they need to flush for 30 to 60 days. Assuming the results are good they can negotiate a jv. So we are probably looking at October before they see any jv cash. Would be great if the option cash came in. Atb.

Jack. Good point about the options at 0.28. You'd think the SP would have to get a bit above that to make it worthwhile them being exercised. Atb.

Agree about the overheads Conger. Depends on how much the initial production brings in, and how quickly it declines. Might need some cash to bridge the gap before refrac/jv. Atb.

Elegance. The figure of 2 mmscfd (million cubic feet per day) was the estimate for 77h after refrac. They also said they were hoping for around 5 mmscfd from the new wells scheduled for late this year and next year..
As regards the initial pre refrac rates , they can be expected to be higher initially, due to the long shut in. They will then decline, that being the reason they were shut in originally. Whatever the rates they will still provide funds to reduce, or maybe even with the increase in prices, eliminate the monthly cash burn. IMO those initial rates and subsequent decline are much less important than the rates after refrac which we probably wont know until late q3 or q4. Gla.
