Wouldn't say I was nervous Zag. Frustrated maybe. Personally, I have now accepted everything is always going to take vastly longer than indicated. If refrac really has 90% COS then it should rerate at some point and we will all make a few bob. That looks like September at the earliest. Wouldn't be the biggest surprise in the world if it dragged on until late this year or even early next. Of course thay does come with the cost of cash burn. When production does come, it should plug some of that deficit.
What the constant delay, does do, is highlight how ridiculous it is when some posters bang on about how hugely important Oilex and their Cambay Field is to the Indian government. If that really was the case, would it really have taken 10 months for GOI approval? No, everything would have been expedited and we would have been producing months ago. Someone the other day, even talked about Roland meeting ministers! I would be surprised if anybody in senior government had even heard of Oilex. That could conceivaby change if all goes well, all those wells are drilled and Oilex and it's shareholders make a load of cash. Meanwhile, tbe wait goes on....

My original post was just to express surprise that the reason for Republic making the notification was not for an increase in their % holding but a decrease. They had 90 million more shares than in December but 1% less of the total. They were diluted like the rest of us.

Gideons. Please read my posts again. The second example was just to highlight that Republic had in the past held as many shares as now. That was from May 2020 two years ago. Atb.

Correction. The May reduction was not due to dilution but selling.

realised that the reason for notice of change of substantial interest is due to a REDUCTION in percentage interest of 1.0 1 %. Guess the criteria for reporting must be a change of at least 1%. In spite of buying all those shares, between December and now, their share went from 14.31 to 13.30 % due to dilution. Good that they bought to keep their share up, but goes to show the care needed to interpret an rns.
They have held similar in the past. In May 2020 they went from 14.32 to 11.06%, again due to dilution. Gla.

Rim have increased and decreased their holding many times over the years. Maybe they will hold onto more this time. Won't know unless we get another notice.

Really, not thinking straight. Must be the painkillers. Most of the placement funds will be needed for the refrac. Just wait and see I guess.

Should be enough for a few months, especially once some cash from production comes in.
