I did think the fact that Syn want to do it without any government grants might be in their favour.

My answer to that is no and yes Lowtide. No, because it shouldn't really make any difference to potential investors if they do the research and fancy a punt. You don't really have to think about it too much, to know that at the moment a million shares cost £1125.
On the other hand, yes 11.25p or even 112p is certainly a lot less unwieldy than 0.1125p.
