Thanks Jack. It was actually a different publcation, Energy World I was thinking of that once published a nonsense article about Oilex. They said that Oilex were abour to drill 30 new wells and the sp shot up. Turned out they had looked at the FDP which gave that as a long term ambition. The company had to issue an rns repudiating the article.
