Nobody can guarantee that everything they do will be on time. The problem here is that virtually everything they have done has been way behind their estimates. This from the Q and A in April 2022.

It seems you are suggesting that shareholders have no right to criticise the board, who's wages we effectively pay, for falling well short of their own targets.
