To be fair to Roland it is quite an achievement to get a multi billion company like Wintershall to enter into a 50/50 partnership with a minnow like Syn. Even more so that they would let Syn be the operator. So credit where it is due.

Against all expectations, after holding for 6 years, managed to get out in April 2021 for a modest profit at just over 0.4. When they dropped to the low 0.2's thought it was overdone and couldn't resist getting back in. Then averaged down to 0.19. Was expecting to get out again within a 6 months to a year.. Now over 2 years and counting. As you say any criticism of the glacial rate of progress is followed by comments about trading or " wanting to get in lower".

For the record, I still believe there is a decent chance of it coming good in the end but how anybody can not be disappointed at how long it has taken beggars belief. We know for a fact that the company was expecting the first new well to be producing before now. As it is that now likely to be either late this year or early next year. Hopefully, by say Mid August we will get nred of s great jv deal that will get us to at least 0.3. Gla.

PJ. No there has been no update since the rns of June 1st. Briana told me last week they would Tweet when the kit arrived in India.
