Mcap currently 4m, if the plan to be making profit around the end of the year On rev of 4m+ then Mcap is ridiculous and will rerate towards then, otherwise someone will pick it up imo Dyor hoping business and student numbers ramping up, interested to see what the summer camps materialise into now that we’re opening up, as u say Hburgh there’s been zero Covid recovery in share price as yet!!

I think we’ll start to see a rise soon, hopefully numbers starting to pick up and with view of profit on the horizon, this could recover quickly when that becomes apparent, basis here for a great recovery business

Nice steady rise from here I expect, agm on Tues, all shares on market by Wed, hopefully everyone it it for good rise from here, would be good to get some news, new additional partnerships soon also

Set up really nicely now though to capitalise... and funded to do so, building team, website much improved, just need to get the word out and bums on seats & online!

I have no doubt plenty going on behind the scenes in terms of taking advantage of return to classes, other companies going under etc as per update, but I’d like to see a bit more visible marketing from Malvern in terms of rebuilding class numbers and capitalising on opportunity ... any thoughts?

Yes quite exciting, no big sell off of placing shares, those subscribing are in this for the medium term gains incl Boost and Co primary lender, likely to be takeover candidate once recovery becomes evident in numbers, interesting to see if they get more pathways numbers this Sept and increased NCUK Sign ups

Not at all HBURGH - good to see recovery today, some pretty hefty commitment at 0.2 so expect it is at least underpinned here and hopefully onwards and upwards now with funding cushion

Hi MrT yes agree has probably put a floor under price based of forward view and director participation, but also probably pegged us back for a while, unless of course there is more positive developments going on than visible just now, Boost and Co well involved too as loan provider !!

Fundraising!! Discount to 0.2p. Loss making for 2021 but looking like profit early 2022, directors have bought into fundraise. Hopefully good move for medium term, things weren’t going as well as I hoped!
