Fair point Crypto, unless of course there is a rerate in which case spread will become irrelevant, but that’s the question...
I have a largish holding, but not going anywhere now that news out, patience will be rewarded I feel

So where to this week? I suspect a bit of relief rally/rerate on the basis of trading statement, all very positive for working through the current spell with decent demand, and growth plans for the future. Certainly I viewed statement as very positive and loan from CEO as well as recent share buy - recovery to continue

Covid-19 has necessitated the accelerated development of Malvern Online Academy (MOA), due to the period of closure of our schools during lockdown. MOA continues to provide students language training and professional courses and has become, more than ever, an accepted teaching channel. At a minimum, MOA provides the Company with an insurance should further Covid-19 restrictions be applied, that enables the transfer of all students to remote learning under our standard terms. We believe that, with the right positioning and product offerings, MOA has the potential to become an important division within Malvern's portfolio in the long term in its own right, as well as supporting in-class learning and offering remote follow on courses for students that have completed their studies in one of our schools.

While the long-term education market fundamentals remain unchanged and current bookings are encouraging, the continuing effects of Covid-19 dictate it is appropriate that we remain cautious in our outlook, whilst continuing to invest in and grow the existing business."

Gotta be positive - would they be investing in recruiting if not doing the business? When are we due a trading update, I see WEY tipped and on the up today, online education growing (and Malvern very active in enabling this)

The shares are tradable on LSE (which this board relates to) and Aquis (which the other board is for) so if you traded on Aquis that’s where trade will show. But this is where most of the discussion is posted. Good luck if you just bought in, think you’re timing may be very good but DYOR!

Yes sod all except a sell of a few k shares last fri. Hopefully equally little buying interest can bring.an equivalent rise

Not sure, was a 5m sell but not sure that justifies this drop, I nabbed 700k at 0.13 showing as sell, hoping few buys may drive this up to blue again

All quiet but hoping lots going on behind the scenes and numbers/bookings on the up - with revenue down 30% for half 1 (only!?) but loss making activities closing, hopeful for break even/profit and strong outlook soon
