Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Hahaha Waferthinam .......My rule maker had to have her investing cherry subdued with a glass of wine ! So Seemed rude not to join her :-) plus it's Friday and we are on the edge of the next part of the journey :-) .......
CR1909 .......welcome to the poker table of SNG :-) .......this little beauty will have you smiling one min and frowning the next ! At times massively frustrating !
The biggest thing that's kept my faith is the constant flow of quality information from this board! Now normally thats the worst thing you could do ! But such is the skill of the people on here constantly taking the time to trawl the web and update constantly really fantastic stuff ( you know who you are guys) and then we have the members who decipher medical terminology into plain English for us all.
Obviously we also have our resident trolls for spice. But when you see the puzzle slowly coming together to your faith is cemented.
Now obviously you have to make your own assumptions and DYOR before you bet grannies inheritance: -) But the I for one am sat comfortably ! Glass of something in hand and I'm in till the conclusion ! Whether that's buyout / partner/ or we just go it alone ! GLA you synners !
I told my wife to buy 5k for her ISA and she just said "I've lost £100 already I'm selling ". I couldn't stop laughing for all of 10 mins :-), needless to say I gave her a large glass of wine and managed to persuade her to hold .......oh dear ! Made my Friday... J
looking at these stats the possibilities are endless way beyond covid.
Lung disease accounts for 700,000 hospital admissions every year and this figure has risen over the past 7 years, at 3 times the rate of all admissions generally
hospital admissions due to respiratory conditions are a major factor in the winter pressures faced by the NHS
lung disease costs the UK more than £11 billion per year including the impact on the NHS (£9.9bn), and wider economy through working days lost (£1.2bn)

Hi everyone.
I must appologise ! I've searched and searched multiple news feed interviews with professor Holgate trying to recover the part of the interview where he said "we are in for a tough winter and we are currentley working on something for care homes" I does seem strange however the every news feed seems edited from what I heard on wave 105 ( our local radio station to the south) .
There are however some interesting papers contained on the Southampton University website dating back to 2014 with the professor one of the authors on the the use of interferon for respiratory ailments. Those more medically astute may fine it interesting.
Truthfully ! The more I read about the use of interferon the more I'm convinced we are on the edge of something special. J

Let's face it guys. The value of Sng grows Dailey! The runners in the race are slowly proving not to be as effective against CóVID as is slowly being realised. The final furlongs are coming into view which means not only on monetary scale but a humanitarian scale is becoming more important to back the winner. Hopefully now with mounting inhaled interferon evidence we will be in that leading pack and as much as the big boys want to ignore us.RM and the team have played some master strokes with placing ( not having to be dictated to on your destiny ) and the PR surrounding Sir Proffesor Holgate the team and the 14 years in the making. Any company wanting to join the party will now have to pay a premium ! And the more positive data the higher the premium ! A bit like the share price. J
@EricTopol .This guy has posted some very interesting facts on CóVID really brings home the need for treatments to prevent long term damage "In a young, low-risk population with ongoing symptoms, almost 70% of individuals have impairment in 1 or more organs 4 months after initial symptoms of #SARSCoV2 infection" #LongCovid https://t.co/gPnDtacI1J by @amibanerjee1 and colleagues

Time to open the 2nd bottle of the evening ! What a great week guys :-) .some cracking posts and research by the synners, Sir Professor Holgate knighted, cracking placement, more and more positive PR on the interferon.
Raising a glass to you all .....J
Looks interesting from Southampton Uni.
"Patients who were diagnosed at point of care could also be enrolled into treatment trials, such as the national RECOVERY platform and the Southampton based Interferon Beta trial, much faster –on average 2 days faster than those diagnosed using laboratory tests."

This surely will go hand in hand with SNG in the preventative stages of the virus https://www.southampton.ac.uk/home/news/2020/10/covid-inflammatory-cytokine.page
Guys let's face the facts.
The big players are at the front of the queue on this ! Whether we like it or not ! CóVID has given everyone an opportunity to peddle their goodies and advance their science massively ! Old school chums have been on the phone to their old school mates in government and advisors have been bending ears also. We are in a horse race where the favorites are heavily backed while we are a relatively unknown outsider from a small stable ( but with a hell of a pedigree and a trainer thats one of the best in the business.
I know we get impatient and it's frustrating that we arent in the leading pack ! But as in any race in any sport ! The final lap is where the race is won !
We just have to take a breath :-) ........If all the predictions everyone keeps talking about come true ! I look forward to a very early retirement ( now that's appealing).
