Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Chapo: Ok, you have a bigger one than me! Well done. If you hold a very large number of shares, then surely you would take the time to educate yourself about the company, their RNS's and social media posts. Good luck with your 'investment'.
Layla1:
Great post. I would be so bold as to suggest that the vast majority of investors fail to read the RNS releases in full, and then re read them, to understand that the board are giving as much information as they can, whilst respecting that both prospective buyers and the company are bound by NDA's. I would add one skill, most of those who constantly criticise the BOD and the timeline do not possess, is 'Patience'. Whilst the company wants to realise profit for all shareholders, including themselves, they quite rightly, do not give a monkeys f*** about whining investors who behave like spoilt children when events do not suit their vision of investing. If genuine holders, not the paid and/or disruptive and bitter P I's, do not trust the board then sell and move on. Finally, those who moan that they have lost money, you have not. The value of your investment has dropped perhaps but you've lost nothing until you sell at a loss. To all genuine holders. Hold firm. IMO the board will deliver handsomely for us in whatever form the deal takes. Finally, finally....to Mac. Please keep posting 'facts'. The whiners and those who disrupt, can't dispute facts. As Mac says, it's all in the RNS releases if people can be bothered to do their own research. Have a great day EUA investors.
The constant negativity and whining on here from some investors, if indeed they are invested at all, is getting tedious. Investing in AIM companies clearly doesn't suit some people. You pay your money and take your chance.
Perhaps one or two regular posters should consider buying some premium bonds instead.
IMO this will come good. Patience is required.
RE: masssighcosis.
Another Wayne Kerr for the bin. These one day wonders attempts to wobble genuine LTH's really are pathetic. There is no chance of myself selling even if we drop to 2p! I will just buy more. Patience is key.
Southerner22 is another recent account. Nothing but attacking decent holders who post positive information. Just another scumbag doing it’s best to deflate the sp. WTF anyone engages without checking posting history is beyond me. Unless they’re part of the very amateurish deramping crew. Good luck all genuine holders.
Good morning all genuine holders.
I've green binned the deeply unpleasant bully that is 'theofficecat', who despite having some idea about the company, is nothing but a trader who is underwater because he got his timings all wrong. So Kev, or Chief Trader on Twitter, how about cutting people some slack today. Kevin doesn't have an inside track on this investment or indeed any other. All genuine and decent holders, all the best.
Well, I have just had my first top up for a while. Just over 10,000 more shares in my pot in two transactions. These prices are too tempting. Please BOD in who we fairly LTH's trust, give us some good news to rid us of the whiners and paid scum who pollute this board. Good luck to all true holders.
Yes, Sco914, talking about you and the scum just like you. Just checked your very brief posting history. Nothing but negativity/digging at investors being positive about their investment. In the bin you go with the other scum!
Afternoon all genuine investors.
I will not point the finger at any particular posters as I don't want to get involved in any childish bickering with those who think they are better informed than the rest of us. Clearly, the Russian invasion of Ukraine has impacted the process. However, these PGM's are needed by the world and aren't going to disappear like a fart in the wind.
The RNS's clearly state the position of the BOD regarding the sale of assets. They are berated by some for their supposed lack of communication without considering the binding nature of NDA's, the extent of which we will not have any idea until the sale concludes. I'm amazed that some investors believe the company will sell our assets on the cheap. They will not. They are liquid. Sinosteel is still an option. After 25 plus years developing the company they DO NOT need to sell assets. They choose to do so enabling them get paid as shareholders and to execute the BOD's vision for future ventures. They could commit to a joint venture and mine if they so wished, not withstanding they have declared they do not wish to do so, WK being the exception. They will do what returns best value for the shareholders as they have stated more than once. They, and quite rightly so, are not interested in investors who would willingly take a low dividend so they can move on. The amount of PGM's in the ground, of which none of us know with any certainty, is likely to be worth north of 150 billion dollars and increasing in value. No one here knows if the buyer who completed DD has walked or has tried to renegotiate, or is there another buyer? There are so many possible scenario's on how this will play out. I agree with Tygra and Andre01 regarding valuations.
Enjoy the sunshine.
I'm pretty sure Piper would finish off any existing legal work in which they were engaged. They will not take on any new clients in Russia and have exited the country. I believe this position has been clarified previously.
FFS please stop engaging with Kira, whoever he may be. If ignored it will go away. To keep engaging just clogs up the board. Of course, one or two may be working in tandem with it to keep the bull**** being spewed visible which may wobble one or two investors to sell. Just filter and ignore.
BAE: I completely agree with you. EUA do not need to sell these assets quickly or for less than true value. They have built the business for 20 plus years. They are solvent and if the buyer who completed due diligence awhile ago, or other interested parties try to take advantage of the current geo political situation, then IMO, the board will simply wait it out for more settled times, which will come sooner or later. They will not move more quickly because of impatient, bedwetting private investors. I have a decent number of shares in this which will be life changing so I am as keen to see this sale of assets complete. However, I along with the board do not want my pants pulled down. This will come good, and fairly soon IMO. Have a good weekend all genuine holders. To the paid pond life and shorters, your jub day is coming.
