George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
It's not been good for sure. When they go quiet like the rest of these AIM bandits it's never a good sign. If you're professional you are transparent and communicative because you have nothing to hide. EML moved to AIM a while ago didn't they?....
If the man from Del Monte Morocco says "No", what do EML have apart from a S**t Bedouin tent and a flagpole?
Has anyone managed to get any contact with EML via email etc recently?
Yes it's an interesting move. Given the potential EML has on paper, if you were a NED, ear to the ground etc, attending all the board meetings, feeling confident. Wouldn't you buy a bit more than £10K if the permits seemed done n dusted/formality? I think I would, and probably most of the serious posters on here hold that or more. They either have no clue about the outcome of the permits, or he's been given a jolt to provide a confidence booster for us. But failed in the process.
The Catalina Wine Mixer ...POW!
I agree with Hillview. There is no way that the board have not asked the appropriate people/organisations about the delay in the permit, and there is very slim possibility that they do not have any more information on it. I asked the question during the last live session and it was ignored. I have also completed the contact for on the EML website 4 times now with various questions. I have received no replies whatsoever. They need inform shareholders of the cause of the delay.
Jacquibic I was watching "Get back" you know the new Beatles films last night (brilliant btw) and Paul said "John, you're too loud in my headphones" and John said "Leave the group then Paul if it's too loud" "Leave the group"
Please all of us, just leave the group! Americanisms are here, but they are not good. The path of the righteous man etc etc
Gotta love anyone in England who says "my bad" ag ag ag, god it's embarrassing just being alive today eh?
btw, Pheonix is exactly correct in that there is no money to be made in the profit of white goods. As he said, they have always made their money on the warranties. Take a closer look at where the money goes.
Jacquibic, not sure of the meaning of your post? maybe elaborate? One guy was trying to state that if Odey have invested in AO then it must be a sound investment, I was merely pointing out that Odey made a substantial investment in Sirius which was a dead duck. So what's your point Stanley knife?
Well they did buy a lot of Sirius minerals. That wasn't a great move eh.
OnlyOne. Yes I don't post very often but have been invested in EML for a couple of years or so. It's got a bit argumentative on here whereas in the past it was a very civilized board. I think I need to "spell out" what I meant in my post. I don't have any doubt about the name of the investment company, and I'm sure that EML know the name too!, I just thought it was unprofessional to let something like that out on Twitter when talking about such large sums of money. Good to know the info re Gold Quay Capital though.
I'm not "trying to unnerve" anyone. I'm invested so why would I? I know what the facts are, I have read the RNS. I think you miss the point of my post. Everything does not need to be a battle on here, settle down, it's a discussion board. I believe the point of a discussion board is that people can discuss things.
Anyone else slightly worried that EML posted the following tweet? -
"Following transformational $46.75m equity financing deal with Singaporean Golden Sustainable Minerals"
Not sure that they actually know the correct name of the company? which I believe is "Global Sustainable Minerals".
Of course this could purely be a mistake by the average "Social Media Executive" mis-interpreting the brief and not paying attention during English and spelling at school but it is £50M.
Also slightly worried that nobody has ever heard of "Global Sustainable Minerals" before who seem to have been registered on "2021-08-13". It's obviously been created for this purpose?
Also seems to have been a huge dumping of shares by a large holder over the last week or so since this was announced.
Mb I wish I could share your optimism I hope there is one (frenzy). Maybe it's just with all of this talk of phasing out gas boilers and cars earlier nobody is biting on hydrocarbons anymore.

I was just thinking the same. 8 trades! hardly flying off the shelf are they. I think you are right. Apart from the usual suspects I don't think anybody trusts Ol DB one bit. With any tiny rise it sinks with people abandoning ship once they hit their breakeven. I'm sorry to say.
I wonder if someone could please clarify/enlighten me on this statement from the end of year results:
"In September 2020, 4,375,000,000 new ordinary shares were issued for cash at a price of 0.16 pence per ordinary share, raising £7,000,000 before expenses of £588,871 by way of a placing and subscription."
So if I understand this correctly they are basically telling us that the placing expenses/cost to the company was £600K !!??
Where did this £600k go? anyone.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhiCFdWeQfA
Do fully grown men in the UK now say "my bad" ??!!?? If you do, please go to your bathroom mirror and say it in front of it. Then remove yourself, hang your head in shame and sit down for a re-think.
"Its been an incredibly tough 13 months fighting the spread of #covid19; I'm pleased to say that all of us at MESLO Ltd, are extremely fortunate and thankful to have joint forces with the best, Novacyt Group." from the MD
He's called "straighttalker"/ Chris Bailey. Doesn't like it when you call him out.
