like I said , JV / merger / selling assets, that's what we were asking / looking for, now we have it and it clearly state 70/30 splits.

let's hope they get £20m out of it and £6m goes towards wishbone shareholders.

Let's be honestly, we were betting for a takeover / JV

we have one now, so why worry so much .

the deal is 70/30 , 30 to wishbone,

that's the best deal they could find , so either we accept this deal, or let the SP slowly drift to 0.10, 0.05 etc

from our understanding from today's RNS , there's no cash involved in the merger, just a 70/30 split. ( friendship deal)

then we have to wait and see what the new company brings ( worth )

as wsbn has pretty much given up on itself when mentioning they cannot raise any more,

if the merger does not take place , it is very unlikely that wishbone will continue as a going concern / trading on Aim again. In this case, shareholders will get zero.

in the meantime all we can do is wait for further updates on how they are going to do things and we holders just has to go along.

The worst case if the merger does goes through and the new company is only worth £5m

wishbone ex holders would be worth £1.5m which is slightly better than 0.18p suspended price.

the only concern is they slow play this past the 6 months deadline, Wishbone would be delisted and we holders get screwed.

They could mean they will keep red setter and mos creek, and sell the others.

I think Y11 is spot on there.

when trading suspended, our mcap was only £1m

owning 100% of £1m gives us the SP of 0.18p

if we merged and the new company is valued at what Y11 said then we might get 2p per share.

or new company valued at £10m

wsbn would be valued at £3m giving us 0.60p per share.

I really hope that is how it will be worked out. 🙏

Since the new team been in , the very first time they communicate with SH is to suspend trading ( great)

it does say reverse takeover 70% for EGNR and 30% for WSBN.

so I see there is still something left for SH.

regards to selling assets,

how much could they sell it for ??

4 mines x £1m each = £4m

30% for wsbn = £1.2m = not far off from current SP

so not much to gain.

if discussions takes longer than 6 months then WSBN will get delisted , sounds these crooks can slow play and wishbone holders lose all.

From investing in AIM companies experience prospective , I can't see how this can go below £1m mcap.

meaning I personally can't see much more downside.

selfishly I would take £10m for red setter with the SP slightly above 1p .
