This merger situation is as good as we can get. even if it goes tits up.

the reason is if this were still trading and dropped further , many including myself would have topped up even more.

there's hope, I see the RTO as good for all parties involved.

As far as I'm concern , wishbone has no debts , therefore they are not being chase by creditors into Admin.

so with no debts, we holders own the mines on AUS.

If the merger don't happen and wishbone cannot raise funds due to the current poor market situations,

RP has to sell those 4-5 assets in AUS and split all the cash between all holders .

I'm certain all those mines is worth at least £1m = current mcap 0.18p

does that make some people feel better ??

Before today suspension

I held 100% of a tiny piece of pie ( £1m mcap)

after the merger I would hold 30% of a large pie ( £10m mcap)

same applies to all wishbone holders.

everything look very positive and we really need to thank Anthony for this.

around 70% of shares being held by big funds companies.

none of them have sold and still being held .

they would have known this merger plan well before hand.

they've bought in at much higher price and never took any actions to cut their losses.

normal practice would be between £10-£20m

yesterday buyer could well have timed it to perfection.

The question we need to ask is why 70/30 and not 50/50?

the answer will be disclosed via RNS in the coming weeks/months.

I personally assume the assets they bringing could be worth £10-£20m .

everensel bringing more to the table so they would deserve a larger piece of the pie.

30% of a bigger pie could well be 3 - 10 bag for ex holders from suspended SP.

When I first read that RNS regarding exploring opportunities from elsewhere,

my take was what the hell was RP on, they didn't have the cash so why look else where .

then they raised only small amount for working capital, that made sense because they not really doing work in Australia

then we had today's merger news .

it all make sense, and the further we dig, the better news I see it as an low average holder.

obviously I do feel for holders above 1p , and fully understand their frustration because they invested for those aussie mines to get into production.

while newbies invested for JV , Take over , assets sale etc.

Exactly , the merger could spring a big surprise..

£10m cap = £3m for wsbn holders = 0.18p x3

If my average is above 1p then then I would be fuming and wouldn't be so optimistic today.
