Hi Ben lm thinking it may be possible that Twiggy & Newmont may wish to sell down there large share holdings to supply the liquidity for the AXS listing. Now That would be fantastic for us . and who knows what SD has planned . I wouldn’t waste my time play him at chess…

Just my thoughts Actus Ray have continually suppressed the share price of a number of years and this allows Twiggy and other backers in at a favourable price say 7p then Actus Ray l believe be given the opportunity to re-purchase the loaned shares at the upcoming policing at 7p then no burning . Wheels within wheels as the saying goes.

Just my thoughts-I believe the deal is done in principle for the 70% of Hav & Tel l think it will entail a cash and equity deal. Newmont will be acquiring billions of GGP shares. And don’t we all enjoy buying GGP shares at a discount prices the same can also be said of the financial institutions providing cash towards the deal that is willing to take GPPs equity. SD is about to pull of a fantastic deal for all share holders…and people are still wondering why the share price is being held back.its for your own good just. wait and see…l think the average price over the last 5 days trading days before the news RNs will be taken as the equity price..so lm thinking no big share price moves until after the deal is completed..but when the drakes are removed it will fly. GLA.
