I disagree. The trial license duration is set to cater for the full license process. Three years. The first trial license spanned Covid and the transition from a pro capitalist government to a communist one. An additional trial license was fair.

Failure after two or the three years of this 2nd trial license is a massive red flag. Concerns elevated by the repeat of excuses that are either resolved or not applicable.

My point is the reasons to be confident or not, after so much time, that the full one is coming. It’s been too long in my opinion, plus I don’t believe the trial license will be extended a further 3 years. They are temporary provisions to cater for the tardy system. Failure after 6 years will be curtains

Hi DM, I agree with everything you e said. The only point I’d like to raise is the one you’ve ignored, which is odd as it’s critical. I don’t agree regarding your valuation statement as you can’t compare legally licensed mines with SRB. For this reason, I consider the price has gone above fair value. Care to share your opinion on the failure to get a license for six years and the reasons given unchanged for almost as long? All expected to be within months - several years ago.

I suspect double top and return to 125-150p as we move through 2026 unless the full license is secured.

Guidance might be achieved this year but lower end, unlike miss last year. Great it’s highly profitable in the mean time. Perhaps the bank balance will be used to develop Palito as a hedge against Coringa suspension. No dividend until a license is in hand or the money tap is permanently shut off.

This unit price represents the USD100s of millions of investment to develop a mine to production.

ORR might be able to self finance an open pit leach mine through the sale of Senegal combined with minimal dilution or perhaps even debt!!!

This makes our ounces in the ground potentially 5-10 times more valuable!
