How did they quickly (no news at 3% threshold) accumulate so many, without a significant price rise? It did rise late Nov, so related but not enough. Maybe a large chunk of their acquisitions were broker to broker with Lanstead?

Shard hadn’t previously generated a 3% holding RNS, so it’s far to assume they’ve gone from negligible to significant quickly.

I suspect a take over offer isn’t out the question. Logical when the MCAP remains so ridiculously low!
