Look back 3 years and the narrative was more convincing than now. The only difference is a large cash cushion and years of delay bring the end of the 2nd trial license end. A third one is NOT the worse case scenario - this is factually correct and an error to state. The worse case is no new trial license and no full license. It’s my opinion that this is very realistic. I won’t say it will but nothing convinces me it won’t. I’m more convinced after watching the interview.

Spot on. The NSR model is the worse case scenario for Senegal also. Even if this is the deal, it has tangible value (circa our current MCAP) and is tradable.

Actually I could agree more …… I don’t think it’s fully funded. The next stage requires funding, which ORR can’t afford. This is what’s being negotiated - either a dilution for free carry, total buyout (USD10-20M???) or conversion to royalty.

Very happy to hear different opinions about my interpretation. I don’t think this project can move forward until a deal is done with ORR.

The majority holders will want ORR out, diluted or converted to a future royalty agreement, prior to increasing its value. A deal will be done and it’s exciting as it’s free, essentially.

I’m not sure of the delay but hope ORR are playing hard ball. Their funding for Cameroon 2026 indirectly strengthens our position. It doesn’t cover further funding to maintain our existing equity to pay our way, but it does mean we aren’t pushed to resolve quickly. The onus is on our partners.

I suspect an NSR of 1-2% future gold revenue, infinitum. It’ll not generate funds for years but is bankable / sellable.

Don’t forget that Serabi attempted to double the size of the trial license. A very odd move, which was approved in the first official stage of the process, but gone cold. Final approval being also controlled by the Prosecutor!!! What an odd move, if confidence of the full license being approved existed. 🤔. Are they being economical with the truth about official feedback. Keeping the nomads in the cold also??? Heads might roll but some might be stringing out a few years salary before retirement?
