I was hoping for another dip around the 180/190 mark but £2 seems to be the pinch point now. Yesterday this was dangled to 160/180 any chance today?

The reality here is "anything is possible now" Major, Government, US Interest (as stated) And an RNS could drop anytime, and I mean anytime!

Anyone watching would have been truly shocked by the process.

Chairman wanted to move on but Nancy made it clear that it had been refused (6/5) without a legal reason for refusal being submitted (makes the vote unsafe) it was then that Nancy recommended a short break to establish the legal reasons.

Legal, chair, planners all recommended approval, environmental and highways approved the submitted plans, and what was perfectly clear was the the HGV was the point being challenged yet no legal reasons provided. Total shambles as best.

Many of us complained, and whether I get it all not I've advice SCC that I will be pursuing my losses for the 2hrs following, what I think is an illegal council decision.

This alone will be challenged as anyone watching realises that this isnt what was voted on, nor discussed.

At the time it was refused mainly for the highways & HGV and any decent legal team will smash this refusal. I think we all know it will be overturned.

However SS should now resign and he has to take full responsibility for UKOG failings and allow them a chance to become a decent producer, all the time he stays in place the company will be restricted.

You'll find that if the decision is illegal then loses can be counter claimed.

A decision is a decision but it has to be achieved by fair means and legal, and this meeting was neither I'm afraid.

History will show this.
