The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Talk of latest Havieron update Sunday PM, as that would be from NCM who are in Australia, and ASX listed, so early Monday morning for them.
SW update is unknown, speculation as to anytime soon, but is 100% owned by GGP, so any announcement would probably be UK time by GGP, London Stock Exchange rules apply for RNS timings, unless NCM do a JV and announce as they did for BlackHills.
Bed and ISA
A riskier route that I took in March of this year - only works with a rising share price.
I only had £3k available.
So, I bought in chunks of £3k into my ISA, then waited for SP to rise, then sold in ordinary account, then when cleared bought again in ISA.
Dangerous as you have to wait for settlement, but fairly small chunks at a time.
Well done SmokeyRose
I retired 3 years ago at 57. Put savings into a basket of AIM companies (put down the drain more like). December last year was down to 20% of original amount, but got into GGP June 2018 and decided to funnel majority of what was left into here. Now at 130% of original investment sum - and counting.
How much of a reduction ion free float will there have been?
Do we also need to add in GDXJ holding to the 'non-free float' calculation?
Admittedly in the scheme of things this may not be a huge amount, but looking just at the shares purchased yesterday, may there not be several hundred million less shares in free float?
It was good to hear from Gervaise - and how he reckons that the new agreements show how much trust that NCM are putting into GGP.
Whilst the agreement for various assets may seem to be a bit low in valuation, the cost of exploration is comparatively high, and whilst GGP have come a long way very quickly, they are still a relative minnow.
Havieron is the real deal - and anything else of value will be the icing on the cake.
