We own the company and we are entitled to a share of the spoils, remember the price of gold has been kind of late. We can still grow but I want my share of it, Dan has promised to sort it , if not,

Yes Dan I believe that you want to head up a multi mine operation.
What the SP does not believe is will shareholders benefit in two years time?
What stops some continued selling of shares to keep the SP at a ridiculous low price, and a low takeover bid at some future date.

If it didn’t work with Centamin, it is in the interest of Hummingbird shareholders to resist any low offers. If the board want to stop this , a good dividend now .

I think that the company have done a good job building and extending the mine to budget.
I think that the company have done a good job overcoming acts of god.
There is no doubt that communication has been the weak link certainly with PIs.
We simply don’t know why the SP is not double today’s, debt reduction, increased production and an excellent gold price.
What we do know is Dan Betts is on record saying the SP was in his opinion too low when it was high 30s.
This was with gold $500 cheaper and having no production.
We were told that dividends and share buybacks would be used if necessary and company rules were changed to allow this to happen.
This has meant some shareholders disappointed for two years.
I back Dan Betts his achievements in the past on production , his benefits to the local people, his
benefits to his team . The SP needs addressing and imho it needs to be done now, not in two years time. Directors buying a few shares is good but make no mistake is not enough.
A dividend helps build PIs confidence and attracts IIs.
Jam tomorrow is no longer credible without an increased SP and it is upto Dan to sort it.

Well Tiger, if I was down the pub, my comments between drinks would be.
1. Endeavour have been sniffing around , past employee joins board, CEO bought first Hummingbird coin.
2. Dan Betts would be a bag of bricks to any future mine, shareholders would have nothing to do with him again, any venture requiring support could forget PI support.
3. IIs would need a price that did not lose money, 39 p was a sticking SP, so presumably anything less would a loss for some shareholders.
4. Everybody knows that the SP needs to rerate and my vote would be NO
5. If this was allowed to happen on AIMs, without investigation,then it is the last share I buy on AIMs.
