All signs that damm is bursting2 Jun 2020 19:33
There is quite clearly an appetite to buy any number of shares that become available.
It is clearly nonsense to question the production , we have two mills going .
I think that reduces the unit cost. It is a fact that gold is well above $1700.
We are a cash cow with good news at every turn. No debt.
The question is why would anybody sell?
I think there are three groups.
1. unhappy PIs that have had a rockey ride and can now sell to recover investment.
2. Short term punters that are in and out making a few pounds.
These two are going to look back and see the rising SP and wish that they had not sold.
3. II has been buying and selling. If they can only have a fixed amount in any one company, they can buy when SP drops and sell when the SP rises. This is good for their short term profit but if they reduce their holding , they miss out long term.
It was good to see the latest two RNS, we are becoming noticed and more IIs may very well want a piece of Hummingbird. This only needs a dividend imho.
If we are to be taken over, then it would require a good premium, the higher the SP rises the better.
Should it happen, any II reducing their shares will again miss out.
The damm is bursting. Stay safe.
