I have these shares in my portfolio as good long term. I have three three shares that are tomorrow’s world. Microsoft & Apple came good and some astute purchasers benefitted.
My losses are paper because I have no intention of selling, they are for my kids.
Imagine having the shares Neil has, it must be hard work dealing with rules and regulations and
two things console me.

There are umpteen ways of improving LOM, it was only a question of which was best.

I would if I could have trebled it.

Sustainable seem to have no problem selling their shares as Hummingbird is clearly a cash cow.

Will Sustainable live to regret?

It would appear that today’s SP is a bargain 4p lower than current Canadiann price.
Happy with my holding now, mid and long term.

Main shareholders have always stated Cora will take it all the way to production.
What it means to Hummingbird is a share in another producing mine.
Hummingbird is and will be a multi mine cash cow.

93 cents = 55p
Could be a good day tomorrow.

92 cents= 54p

Just got an acknowledgement for a question sent to Hummingbird, promising a communication nearer AGM.
I have asked another question regarding dividends.
I suggest that others send in a question, when are we going to get one ? the more shareholders ask the question, the better the chance of it being answered.
I used the email address posted earlier to send my questions.

Shows you what a great job Hummingbird have successfully completed.
Hard to believe rewarded with a price 14p lower than when we were a brown field site.

It is debatable wether billboards influence company policy.
I do believe that company employees do look.
It looks like AGM resolution allows option of shareback.
It should also outline the dividend policy and I hope this has attention.
I would like to compliment the team for their hard work and outstanding progress.
I have no problem in them being rewarded.
I would ask for their support in protection of shareholders retirement portfolios.

We have had so much good news, production up, gold up, debt down,Dugbe sorted, takeover etc.
Whatever the future, SP is simply being controlled by persistent controlled selling by one party or another. This must be stopped. There is a demand for buying. Hummingbird is a cash cow and a clear policy on dividend and /or buyback is much needed. I cannot wait for Q2 production RNS, It should raise the SP but does the seller stop it, as has happened in the past.
It is the duty of the Hummingbird board to protect their shareholders. We need action that makes it attractive to own shares .

It is not surprising that you like me are dissapointed with the SP.
The fundamentals why we invested in gold are still there, the fact that Hummingbird is now a cash cow In a troubled world, most companies would swop places.
We are producing gold bricks not mud pies.
The fact that FT recommend buy, a shrewd Scottish businessman and Bett family are buying, lead me believe that your patience is about to be rewarded.
It is no good mothballing my suits as unlike the SP they have gained pounds, so I will buy a new wardrobe with the profits. Enjoy the sunshine pal, our party is coming ;-)-0=

Thanks two goals, interesting reading.
Interesting to see where Endeavour are situated, they could fit Hummingbird into their operation nicely. Too many links with them in the past, if we get taken out, they would seem a likely candidate. We need to get the SP up.
No bad news with only two weeks of Q2 remaining. With rainy season in second half of Year , we now have more than half this years production in the bag. Looking forwards to production results,
maybe LOM information and debt free. A clear dividend policy would be a cherry on the cake.

Lots of buys, good to see FT backing Hummingbird.
Like us they can see high gold price, increased production, less debt.
Rerate would seem in order, and yet the seller keeps the price down.
Why? Who knows?
I still think Dan’ s answer is a dividend.

If it is worth it in the end .ok.
How do you know it could be a cheap takeover in another 3 years?
Three years ago Dan Betts thought the SP @39p was too low, he said the best use of free cash could be used for dividends or buying shares back.
We are now producing gold @$1700, this is $500 higher than it was. Why does every extra dollar need to go to an unknown future and not a cent to long term investors.
I am a supporter of Dan but a dividend is now imho a necessity.

Maybe RNS Monday, should be exciting.
If we have to wait, we are still 5p behind Canada.

The problem with taking out Sustainable is , it was being done by others before they bought in.
A dividend encourages share retentions.
PI’s get more than low Building Society rates.
Large IIs become more interested if the company pays a dividend.
It gives credence to a company, it shows stability.
With the high gold price, this cash cow can afford it.
Fantastic job done on production.
Investors have played their part and this SP needs a dividend.imho.
