I bought the shares in good faith because I believed in the message.
Having seen the SP go down with new share issues, I accepted that it was more long term.
The offer price is underhand, if they want the shares, it is still dissapointing and should be at a premium.
The company will not be able to proceed if we vote No.
They can offer to buy shares rather than steal them, or get on with the job promised.

Sometimes it works , sell and then buy back. They helped Hummingbird when we were in a bad way, so wish them well. Could be that we get a rerate and their retained shares will rocket .
Although they could have made more, they have done Ok.
The investors buying now could share their missed profit.
They may well have bought into the troubled diamond market.

The market has not had the rerated SP that we all want and as a long time holder, I am 25% down on my holding. I remember that when the SP was 39p, Dan Betts Interviews stated that this was considered low, share buyback and dividend payments could be used to rectify this. Could you either announce a dividend or explain to shareholders, why the dividend is not forthcoming.”
