Past the pound mark tomorrow, finished closer to 92p. Waiting for the announcement now. We dropped from 250 cos of problems which have been resolved so I don't see why we won't see big rises now...

Big buys and some big delayed buys as the pricing is still rising. Need the sale news which bod mentioned is due in due course...

Asset Sale discussions are amazing. We should get above £200 Million alone for that part of the Business. Massive Re-rate on its way. I expect another holdings email as well today or tomorrow. Every 2 weeks we seem to get one.

Agree, BOD have already said that we will be back to growth for the full year. Occupancy rates have increased. Potentially selling adult business. Have 2 new schools which will now have been imtegrated. Cost cutting. Banking covenants sorted. New directors hired. Someone building a stake. All looks positive to me..... Looking forward to the update.

Results due to be published tomorrow, back to profit, date for resuming dividend and its been 2 weeks so another holdings email showing investor increase his stake should see us a nice rise back to 150p plus. Good profit from here. May even get a 20 or 30% increase today.... Looking good and way undervalued. The value of all the property is way more than the market cap and any liabilities at the moment. Rerate to happen anytime I think..

Asset sale to free up cash plus share price rerate as company returnef to profit which means dividend back on. Simples.

Wow, some huge buys going through now, what's up? Asset sale as mentioned in results or is it just cos someone keeps increasing their holdings above 10% now. Mid year results are normally out end of August but havnt seen them anywhere yet. Maybe its the results which are due....

I expect a 50% profit from here over the next couple of weeks. Maybe sooner if we start getting tipped in some magazines

The RNS was so negative. When a covenant is breached the next set of banking terms are not as good, i.e. higher interest and penalties. The companies revenue is the same as its Market Cap. It will take at least 2 years to turn around. Buy and hold for 2 years and expect a placing very soon.

Yes, should pass 70p easily in the next hour or so. Need a few director BUYS to speed things up. The market will realise the opportunity here soon....

The MMs just cleared all the auto sells which means the path to above 70p is clear now. It went into auction and boom all cleared. As the BUYS come in we will breeze past 70p now.

Expecting some Director BUYS next week. They always BUY when the price is low to bring confodence to the shareholders and to let the market know that fundamentals/everything is as it was!!

70p should pass soon. Huge Buys just went through in that last Auction. Some showing as sells (one was mine). Looking good. Still a bit surprised that the market over reacted on this share and gave us this opportunity. It must have been because of the Market Volatility that this dip has occoured. Lucky to get in at this price really. WOW.

It dropped twice on the same news so the share price is now getting corrected. It will be back up to £1.20 in no time. Expecting a sharp rise of around 30% one of these days. Get in now!
