Yes, it was supposed to have been paid in H1 2017 but slipped to H2. Can easily slip again to H1 2018....... Time to jumo ship as this is wasting time.....

Donle, it will gradually slide to 0.40 over next 6 weeks... Also, another placing is due next month (There will probably be 26 placings in total when/if a 3 year work plan is announced.... not beneficial to be in this longer than short periods at the moment!

Netherwood, that will take ages to ascertain. Until then this will slide. I sold out a few weeks ago on last spike. Moved everything to PMO, Premier Oil for the next 6 weeks. Will be back here later in the year as there could be some fireworks.

Deal Completed. Debt Paid, Money in the Bank, £40 Million to be distributed to shareholders. Share price to rise to 200p ?????? Boom

Special dividend will come from the £380 million odd we are getting on 27th December. Market has not woken up to this fact yet. Deal should complete in a week or so. Looking good

It will rise first by at least that much and more and depending on developments it may come down a bit after its gone x dividend but we have a couple of months for that. Enjoy a rise for now though as next leg up is due.

Yes, 21.7p special dividend per share. That's 17% of current share price. You ain't gonna get that sort of return with this low level of risk anyway. Its a no brained. I should get around 13k dividend so am looking forward to this beauty.

After sale completes at the end of this month they will send out details of special dividend. Just need to make sure you are holding at record date...... Payout in 2017 early.

40 Million Pound redistribution of profits is how much per share for the shareholders.... ? Back in this now as we should be in the 160p range so this is undervalued now. Sale about to complete so should see a nice rise next few trading days......

Does any one know how many properties we will still have left after selling the adult business. It seems as though we are getting rid of £300 Million of property and the rest of the cash for the business. Which would indicate the share price sliding. I will be selling out on Monday. Will buy back once it has settled. Need to see some numbers really and was expecting more cash for the business and property portfolio. Oh well. Have a good weekend.

I am going to cash out, oil shares seem to be were everyone is heading at the moment with oil setting a new high. Will buy back in lower at a later date. Good luck all
