If you mean 'Last Breath' incredible yes, but also an insight into the lives of the people on the frontline of oil / gas production.
Hope you didn't shed too many tears!
Well, fancy that...who knew!
Regarding North Sea underwater operations.
Over the Christmas break, I was at my son's house and they have a service called 'Netflix'. Not being a TV watcher, it was quite new to me but was good for watching old films, Star Trek, Downton Abbey, etc. (We have poor TV service in Uganda so generally ignore it)
I did at one point watch a dramatised documentary called 'Last Breath'. I won't spoil it for those who wish to fill an hour or
so, but I would recommend any IOG holder to have a look to gain an insight into the cruel world of the North Sea oil crews.
I apologise if this has been mentioned already, but it is very relevant with today's news.
Each to his own Peakview. I generally hold longterm, but trade if I think it's worth it. when trading here, I've usually waited for the next drop, then bought more shares at a lower price, hence my large holding now.
I do hold a lot of 'Divi' shares, BP. Shell, CEY, CARD, RPS, GFRD and FLO. With COVID, sadly the divis were reduced or cancelled and I actually sold CARD at a loss to buy into FUM. I'm at the stage in my life where retirement looms so am looking for more good 'Divi' prospects. Maybe I'll copy you and hang on. We'll see.
I'm just setting off 'Up North' to see my two year old granddaughter for the first time. At least the M6 (for all it's faults) is safer than the Entebbe - Kampala 'Expressway'!
Anyway, have a good Christmas all and of course, a very Prosperous New Year!
LOL!
My first target here, (in 2015) was originally 25p! That was reached in 2017/18 I think and I sold 50% for a big gain. Since then I've bought whenever the price dipped and have almost reached 500000 now at an average of 16p.
I've traded along the way, but as I work in Uganda most of the year and suffer poor communications, generally I leave things alone. Returned a few days ago for 3 months at home and have been delighted with the way we are moving at last!
I'm sure that Sailor and Peakview remember the 4p days! Hopefully now long gone.
I must admit that I've had many doubts and a few sleepless nights, but am glad to see light at the end of the tunnel. I'm due back at work in March, but the way IOG is heading, maybe I'll retire instead. It will save the hassle of travelling at the moment!
...excellent RNS informing us of another positive step on this long road.
To all LTH's, well done for sticking with it. The gas price is doing us a favour at the moment, but even with a slight drawback in prices next Spring, we should still be looking at good returns.
Time to spend some more of this year's ISA !
Tick !
...by a NED, (even though it was shown as a sell).
will give him a nice earner when the divi drops!
Nice to see the Divi back. As mentioned, this is a 'below the radar' share, but is a good earner in normal times and will do well long term.
Good to see Phase 1 of the production leg of this (long) journey kick off at last.
I'm sur we'll see new holders join us in numbers from now on and at last our reward will be in sight.
Last chance to get in sub 20p I feel.
...look at NVCT or AVCT.
Both trading for around 15p a year or so ago, then came up with a product that the world needed.
Agreed NVCT have only 71m shares in issue, AVCT 255m and the demand is far greater (as is the supply), but their Mkt Cap and SP's are much higher now .
FUM will have a virtual monopoly with MD3000 and although demand may not be as high, the competition is in tablet form, doesn't act as quickly and can have side effects.
Yes, the 'Gold Standard' spit test is out!
Shame it's not Avacta!

...nice tick up.
Happy days for those who topped up around 75p!
Will be a nice earner when the dive is back.
Excellent RNS. Tells us what we need to know, without the BS.
Producer by Q3? I've waited a long time and been disappointed a few times along the way, but if we are producing by November, in the quantities hoped for, it will have been worth it.
I think the SP will gradually increase now as the various milestones are ticked off.
With PTAL getting back on track and ANGS on the cusp of production (yes, I know!), things are looking up for my smaller 'Oilers'!
