Still a massive upside to come. The SP dived on poor results, (caused by poor management!), but things are turning around since changes were made and the future should be bright. NCC are still a leading player in a massive, growing and essential sector. Buy at a bargain price and tuck away.

...has a Silver lining, so the adage goes. The cyber attacks of late have come at a good time for NCC. With the work being done to restructure Assurance and the ongoing general revue of Sales, I think we may be in a good position to gain market share as senior managers look to renew or replace existing software and suppliers. Well done all those who have stayed in through the last few months. Your rewards will be manifold.

...1690p is do-able in the mid term. It certainly seems undervalued given the cash / debt provision and the growing landbank. Hopefully the burnt fingers will remind the BoD to stick at what they know and do best, so at this price, I'm buying more for the ISA. One to hold for sure.

Yes I agree, the 26.50p was available to all lfor a short time, however the only big deals I couls find at that price were shown as sells when the buy price was 29p. Maybe it was a late show, still a good price for that size of deal. I also agree that they will be pulling out all the stops to tell everyone what a good deal it is for everyone, just as they did with Northern Foods, remember them? No, my view is that Boparan wants Crawshaws for himself and wants to pay the least amount he can get away with. He didn't get to bea billionaire by being Mr Nice!

...managed to pick up 190,000 shares on the cheap yesterday, seems all the new faces are getting cheap shares. I 'm starting to think this deal stinks! Maybe the SP's being held up until Rose offloads.
