RE: Here we go18 Sep 2019 11:06
Whilst having every sympathy with all LTH's who are currently down, I doubt that government funding will happen. It is a private venture, which although very promising and having the potential to be a big earner in the future is no different from some of my big losers.
Noventa Mining, D1 oils, Angel Mining, Cosalt and even large companies like Laird, among others, were examples of investors funding the development/reconsruction and being tripped up at the final fence. Why should this be treated differently?
Getting in early can be, but rarely is, profitable. Those that select the winners are few and far between, those who fund the losers, (like myself), only to see them be bought out of liquidation for peanuts and then start to thrive are the majority.
Sadly, I see SM being bought by one of the big players and doing very well eventually. For the small SH's here, I hope I'm wrong and the BoD manage to sort the funding issue AND keep the company.
Good luck to you all.
