Don't really see the significance of this already known 'revelation'. Poor Tim hasn't had a bean to share with us since this started and as far as we knew no contact with zaza. Not sure why it has caused a resurgence of doom. Who is this shareholder and why hasn't his email been shared like many others and myself have done previously. Don't really understand the secrecy when the content of it only confirms what we already knew.

You have to also consider what would be implied or considered by a 'win' or a 'loss'. If we gave up an extra 5% like in madp's theory, how would you phrase the outcome? Or would the arbitration outcome have been 99% or nothing...?

As the outcome is not publically known would he be able to comment on it? I doubt it

Not much of October to wait out and see. Although there doesn't seem to be a trace of the case or another mention since the original info was posted and that article that surfaced recently. Obviously not having the foggiest what is going on behind the scenes perhaps the license move attempt has prompted other things into motion with the GG. Maybe the dispute was even resolved there and then as part of the approval, if it indeed was.

Maybe Hope is confused and needs to listen to hullcity11's advice and stop wasting his life

If you look at the historical data it dropped from 1k barrels a day to 400 sometime in late 2015 and has been a solid unchanged 400 per day ever since.... I'm not 100% convinced they are receiving updated data. Just imo

He can still contest the default judgement and resume normal court proceedings if successful. Who knows what the master plan is.... If there is one. I get the feeling Hope is still detested by them and they seeem to be stretching everything out for as long as possible to spite him.

I don't think anyone really agrees with the complete blackout. I'm sure they are also well aware of the lack of comms and no amount of annoyance is going improve the situation until it is 'time'. There is some fool on advfn harassing everyone petulantly via email and as someone stated on there, it is just embarrassing and reflects on shareholders badly. As w@nk as the situation is, I don't see what we stand to gain by becoming increasingly hostile to the company until we have seen the outcome of ongoing predicament. I have definitely been a lot more worried about the future of frr than I am at present - since the delisting.
