An agreement of this nature always has options. We have no visibility of the agreement. However WRES cannot produce shares below Par value and thus cannot keep their side of the agreement. So technically would be in breach without some reorganisation or the release and creation of sub 0.1p shares. As I said earlier, this is significant.
I think the silence from the company is deafening. Logic would suggest there is a reason for this. Time will tell.

Bigevi. Yes, the Atlas funds are still available to draw down but I think they would be reluctant as they cannot convert the debt to equity as the shares cannot be issued below par value. The VWAP is already below 0.1p and then Atlas enjoy a 5% discount.

If you sat on this for the last 4 years, you lose. I prefer the crypto. Very lively, especially with good old Elon, most have taken a great raise recently. It would be simpler if WRES just delivered what it said it would 3.5 years ago when the FID was put together.
Just for clarity the gold was 110k ounces. But who knows whether its economical to mine. Lord knows they cannot mine the Tungsten profitably

Shoot me down if you think this is a load of bull but this is how I interpret the pricing for sales in Q4 (RNS 21st Jan):
NOT AGREED APT $237.5 mtu / Q4 WO3 contained metal mtu 6698 / = $1,590,775. We are told 80% of market price so this would be approx $190 mtu - $1,272,620. I think W was a little less than this through the Q4
AGREED Sn $21500 per tonne Jan 21 / Q4 Sn dmt(dry metric tonnes) 18.8 / = $404,200

50t a week of Wo3 is a million miles away from the q4 production rate which was 7.5t /week
When it comes to Tin, He states 5t, not sure if he means a week or not, Current rate is 2.75t so that is a little more sensible.

Do you mean per month or per quarter (150t W, 40-50t Sn)

The FID is based upon $18-20k Tin and $240-320/mtu W03
So, currently $5k above the mid price which is $25k per month of a benefit which is good
BUT $4k tonne behind on mid price of the Volume product. Its a Tungsten mine remember. Not so good.

I don't understand the fascination/obsession with the tin price.
In the last 6 months of reported figures tin (Not concentrate) production has been 28.6t. An average of less than 5t per month
So even when tin moves upwards $1000 its only $5k of additional income per month.
Its barely even material.
Perspective - its helpful but not significant at all in the holistic sense

It is rather odd. Maybe an explanation will come forward in time. Perhaps the janitor who was paid in shares has not grasped the concept yet :-)
