You have no idea that they produced 65t in December as that number is not from the company. Note production (not shipped) You do not even state 65t of what ? However lets assume your numbers are correct (They aren't) a 25% increase would take that number to 81t in the month. Still a little over 33% of what was stated in the FID.

If the share price raises above 0.1p and Atlas start converting the remaining £600k then that is 600 million shares. If WRES continue to draw down the remaining £3million facility thats another 3000m to come. Thats getting towards 11billion shares in issue.

And still well below target production.
I'll also add that Fernando, the local dude who knew the lay of the land (apparently) is no longer about.

You are correct Andy. The debt is costing them nothing as they are just rolling it over all the time.
I cannot see how it would be advantageous to Blackrock whichever way you approach this.
In my opinion I cannot see why Blackrock (or anyone) would ever want equity over debt, not ever. Its a silly concept and the resulting dilution would be on a monumental scale. Again, you are correct, it would be sensible for Blackrock to let this fold and recover maybe 10p in the £ for the sale of the assets. If they convert to equity, then they are in the same boat as every other shareholder. I don't see any happy ending here for current PI's

Dreamingof has once again pointed out that the WRES story doesn't add up. I'm sure it was a poster on this board that spotted the "error" about the point that 4 day working started, the inconsistencies and errors in the story. This resulted in the correction the following day.

Getin there, It is you that needs to read the RNS's. No point quoting the RNS of the 26th Nov when it was corrected on the 27th Nov

It looks like maybe Atlas today are now selling their 4th Tranche. I don't think RK had that many shares . It could of course be someone else, such is the sentiment here. Sometimes better to accept a large loss than a huge one.

Whilst not referring to Richardkaz yesterday (I was meaning the outgoing NED) I said

I am not entirely sure what you think WRES can say that will improve things. High Debt and very low production. These are the main reasons.
Furthermore, Masterman has said much that has not come to fruition, so what can he say now? He can make some bullish statements as he normally does but with the over promise and under deliver history, how will anything he says make a material difference.
Debt restructuring and a 4-5 fold leap in production are what is required. You should make your own minds up whether that is likely to happen soon.

I think they have already off loaded all but their most recent drawdown. The average of the total conversion is of no value.
The last conversion on 28th Jan was at 0.1032, however I agree that its unlikely they have started to sell these down yet. Of course they cannot convert any further shares at the moment as WRES cannot issue them.
