Noble made plenty of noise previously about applying for VAT refunds due to the nature of their project being mainly sourced, supplied and invoiced within Tanzania!

HE1 have spent most of their procurement funds outside The Tanzanian Tax jurisdiction, and have never mentioned applying for refunds, so any amount due must be insignificant financially, or they would have announced it as a future source of income!

We can only hope there is some behind the scenes funding package is in process with the Tanzanian Govt.

Does the fact that Helium One only have 2D Seismic info from their Fieldwork , whereas Noble did 3D over their prospective areas, now have a bearing on what they can confidently map and estimate for use in assessing the resource and commercialization of the licensed plots. Since day one, i always perceived 2D as the poor option going forward, but it was decided upon cost restraints, and deemed that 3D wasn’t necessary, if I remember correctly!

Anyone with experience of the mapping and estimation to explain the likely differences in quality and accuracy in the information that will be produced?

In the days pre Tai3, most people thought that once we had found the hotspot, and drilled into a sealed reservoir with unimaginable amounts of helium, that it would be just waiting to flow to surface and be bottled. Itumbula West was set up to be that Drill, and as we all know, we got a Rubic Cube rather than a Gas Tap!

The last four weeks on here has been 100% peeing in the wind from both camps!

Time to settle down and sit back and let the scientists with the Data in front of them, and being gathered as we speak, do their work and analyze the FACTS!
