I so want closure from this goddam share....Imminent lasts a lifetime
"Immanent immanent immanent" that's all Moody can claim to have succeeded at for the last 10 years... What a waste of space
The opportunity cost on top of the gross mismanagement has been really really painful. I am surprised that larger shareholders than the average PI haven't given Moody the boot. It's astonishing. Even the basic tax implications for RKH on farm out were ballsed up! I've lost all faith in junior oilees and will never invest a dime of my hard earned in these sociopath run companies again.
The only hope we have is with the law suit that Moody spent our windfall to buy!
It's like watching paint dry for 6 years. When are we ever going to get some progress here whether it be an arbitration decision or a FID? Lord help me
Wow, with the HUR BOD treating the largest shareholder like this how can we pretend that they are acting in the best interests of the PI? I'm really done with these oil companies. It's a shame now that the oil super cycle is perhaps here that I've been scarred by the greed and sociopathic behaviour of management including Rockhopper and a handful of now insolvent oil companies.
Something is truly rotten in the state of our crony capitalist society.

The Energy Charter Treaty described as an " historical mistake". Diddums. Pay the f up
We need to start mining bitcoin and use that USD120 million to buy some so that we can earn interest
FFS what will it take to realise some of the promises made to us poor PIs. No more kitchen sinks
Wait, the oil companies are perhaps the biggest investors in so called "green" energies . Spin the investments off and boomage!
Please stick to the subject. Whilst everyone sees Sir Tom as a hero we don't necessarily feel the need to clap for him and we can fully appreciate him in our own private way (for example, making a donation to his charity) rather than clapping for someone who is dearly departed
What's the best UK Platinum miner to get into?
Every time I see an RNS from HUR I prepare myself for 30-40% of market cap to be wiped off in a day
Agreed. We've seen for a while that since Trice's sudden departure the company has been determined to destroy shareholder value with the most pessimistic of forecasts. The oil price will be the determining factor as to whether shareholders lose control to the bond holders and we have plenty of time to see which way that goes. Utterly disgusting how directors try to get their share options at the lowest price possible before the company makes a remarkable recovery!
Moody must step down if the award doesn't meet the expectations he has set. I never thought I'd be investing in a law suit rather than a fully funded E&P company
It's one of the first things I would have put in a farm in contract. A deadline for moving to production. Didn't occur to Moody though, the genius stockbroker he is
Tell me about it. These arbitration hearings are critical to a company's survival. What's the point of having them if you move at the pace of a banana republic. This is death by a million cuts
Great interview with Warren Irwin on realvision.com His recommended junior miner was SolGold/Cornerstone and expects takeover within the next 6 months. Not sure if he just meant Cornerstone (which is obvious) but he did say its extremely rare for any junior to bring such a tier 1 asset into production
"On this segment of Real Vision Live, we bring you an individual that is well versed on the matter as he managed to turn $250k into several million by investing in a mining company that turned out to be a scam. Ultimately, he sold and immediately shorted the stock, which in turn allowed him to benefit from both the rise and fall. Warren Irwin, President and CIO at Rosseau Asset Management, will be joining Max Wiethe to discuss the nature of scams in the mining space and how to go about choosing the right companies to take part in what many believe could be the beginning of a bull market in precious metals."
I tried to buy back into PMO yesterday and my bank told me that they had decided to suspend purchases of PMO shares due to trades "failing" as a result of liquidity issues. Apart from peeing me off I read this as positive for PMO in terms of shares being tightly held. Anyone have the same issue?
Mnazir90, is this related to PMO???

that's why the FI are far more stable than Mexico
Citizen Trans, go protest about something. It's my right to question why the BOD took such huge share options (now very much in the money) for a mere 20% pay cut. Why have you got such a problem with people questioning the actions or inaction of the BOD?
As regards the FIG, they could surely sweeten the terms of the licence and talk to banks like Stan Chart to finally get this project off the ground. That oil is clearly worth something once it is out of the ground.
