Hardmed yes they are at 4p post consolidation but the share price will now need to be roughly 40p to be at current levels. So that means 10x value for them immediately which is what has spooked lots of holders. Pleased to see this rising for those brave enough to hold onto everything but I reduced my holding significantly as am still uncertain how this unfolds. Profit is profit and all that!

Its clear in the first Rns they will release an Rns once they are in receipt of the funds. Clearly they are not in full receipt of all of the funds hence no Rns so far.

The completion of the Disposal is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions that are customary for a transaction of this type. The Company will use part of the cash inflow from the Disposal to settle the remaining outstanding loan notes amounting to circa £800,000, and the accrued interest thereon. Everyone understands what is going on, 2.6m will be received by the company, they will pay off the debt and then find another investment with the spare funds. Its all quite simple!!!
